Accuracy before motivation
The project has a strong point of view, but the point of view does not override inconvenient facts. We distinguish between “a degree is not always required” and “no employer will require a degree.” Where a role has a difficult alternative pathway, we say so.
Sources and estimates
We prefer primary public sources for established occupations and use multiple sources when a newer or freelance role has no clean official classification. Salary ranges are labelled as estimates and dated on the methodology page. We do not silently present a marketplace anecdote as a national wage statistic.
Sponsorship and links
Sponsorship does not purchase a career listing, filter position, favourable growth label, or editorial conclusion. External links are selected for relevance and may be removed when they become unavailable or unsafe. Any future affiliate relationship must be disclosed next to the affected link.
AI assistance
Automation and AI tools may assist with drafting, coding, consistency checks, and summarisation. Material factual claims still require human editorial responsibility and appropriate sources. AI-generated text is not treated as a source.
